Inclusion Criteria

Relapse of multiple sclerosis or neuromyelitis optica during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Use of tryptophan immunoadsorption as escalation therapy.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient doesn´t agree to be treated. Treating physician doesn´t want to participate in the documentation.
