Inclusion Criteria

1.Male & Female between 20-65 years

2.Primary insomnia (DSM- IV- TR classification)

3.People willing to undergo the intervention and complete self-report questionnaire (i.e) SQS (Sleep Quality Scale )

Exclusion Criteria

1.Currently Undertaking any alternative treatments/therapy for insomnia

2.Known H/O factors causing secondary insomnia (DSM- 1V ââ?¬â??TR classification)

3.Drug/alcohol withdrawal within past 6 months

4.Any other serious systemic ailments like cancer, tuberculosis, etc.,
