ASA 1 and 2 posted for Laparoscopic Surgery of Duration 1-4 Hours Under General Anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Parents Refusal
2.Patients Posted for Open surgeries
3.Patients Posted for Elective Surgeries Under
Regional Anaesthesia
4.Child With Congenital Disorder and Developmental Abnormalities
5.Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux,Hiatus
Hernia
6.GI Surgeries With Delayed Gastric Emptying
and Increased Risk of Nausea and Vomiting
7.Violation of The Prescribed Fasting Times and
Refusing to Drink Prescribed Clear Fluid
