Inclusion Criteria

Individuals in 20 - 50 years of age.

Individuals who experienced headache in the past 24 hours with intensity ranging from 3-7 on Numeric Pain Rating Scale.

Individuals having primary type of headache namely migraine, tension-type headache, cluster and cervicogenic headaches.

Clinically diagnosed migraine, tension type, cluster and cervicogenic headache by physiotherapists using ICHD-3.

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals with secondary type of headache namely, headaches associated with head trauma, substances or their withdrawal, hangover, fever headache, disorders of neck, eyes, ears, sinuses, cervical rib, pregnancy.

History of hypertension, stroke, psychiatric disorders, balance issues, vertigo.

Individuals with altered sensorium, hearing aids.

Individuals taking pain medications for headache.

Individuals having head injuries due to trauma, space occupying lesions
