Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients aged between 18 to 90 years admitted to ICU with new onset gram negative culture report from either one of the following- Respiratory secretions, blood, urine, pus, tissue, CSF, pleural fluid, peritoneal fluid, post 48 hours of hospital stay.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged less than 18 years
2. Patients with Gram positive bacterial or other non bacterial infections
3. Pregnant patients
4. Patients not expected to survive more than 48 hours
