- •Subjects aged between 20-55 years with minimum of 20 permanent teeth,Periodontal pocket depth exceeding 5mm, Clinical attachment loss of more than 3mm , Radiographic evidence of intra osseous defect
排除标准
- •Systemically compromised subjects, those on medications (corticosteroids/ bisphosphonate
- •therapy) that may interfere with wound healing, Grade II and III mobile teeth, Smokers, pregnant and lactating mothers, Subjects who underwent any periodontal treatment within a period of 1 year
