入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients of either gender (50-75yrs) of age diagnosed with primary OA knee of tibio-femoral joint as defined by ACR clinical criteria.
- •2.Radiological grade II, III of knee osteoarthritis according to Kellgren-Lawrence classification.
排除标准
- •1.Patients having secondary OA knee and bleeding disorders.
- •2. Ipsilateral cruciate or collateral ligament injury within past three months. 3.Intra articular treatment with any product or joint lavage.
- •4. Any arthroscopic procedure within prior six months.
- •5. Any knee surgery within prior twelve months.
