children with single functioning kidney and eGFR 60ml/min/1.73 sqm or more
1 children with single functioning kidney who have hypertension and are already receiving antihypertensive medication
2 children with scarred solitary kidney
3 children who have positive urinary sediments
4 children with body mass index more than 85th percentile for age and gender
5 children with other congenital anomalies or syndromic children
6 children for whom width of blood pressure cuff used for measuring 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure is larger than the upper arm length that is measured as length between Acromian and Olecranon processes.
