Inclusion Criteria
(aa)Skeletal Class II malocclusion (ANB > 4 degrees)
(ab) Bilateral Class II or Half Cusp Class II molar relation
(ac) Positive visual treatment objective
(ad) CVMI stage III/ IV
(ae) Minimal crowding ( < 3mm)
(af) No missing teeth (except 3rd molars)
Exclusion Criteria
(aa)History of orthodontic treatment
(ab)Systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism
(ac)Patients with neuromuscular disorder & TMJ problems
(ad)Presence of any craniofacial anomalies or pathologies, including Cleft lip and palate
(ae)Presence of facial asymmetry
