Patients with maxillofacial fractures requiring maxillomandibular fixation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with comminuted fractures of factial bones. parhological fractures, edentulous ridges.
Patients with metabolic disorders, bleeding disorders, history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy
