1.Patients classified as ASA I, II or III according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists
2.Scheduled to undergo CRS+HIPEC procedure at Dr. BRAIRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi
1.Contraindications to epidural block or propofol, desflurane, fentanyl, or morphine.
2.Patients with renal or hepatic disorders
3.Patient suffering from coagulopathy or receiving any anticoagulants.
4.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction < 45%, RWMA, Arrhythmia, Conduction defect
5.Patient with BMI>=35kg/m2.
6.Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
7.Thyrotoxicosis
8.Mental retardation
