minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 80 years; The patient is done under study Cardiac Electrophysiology and Angiography for the first time; lack history of thyroid disease, mental disorder, anxiety, cardiac valve diseases and any cardiac invasive interventions such as Electro-Physiological Study and Trans Esophageal Echocardiography.
Exclusion criteria: If any reason for the emergency cardiac interventions such as Electro-Physiological Study; Angiography, and or admitted in the CCU; Clinical illness conditions and unstable hemodynamic situation; Not wanting to continue working in research.
