Willingness to cooperate with the researcher
No history of ENT surgery
No history of psychological diseases
Not taking sedatives
Rhinoplasty surgery candidate

Exclusion Criteria

Not providing reliable answers to the questionnaire
Having cardiovascular and underlying diseases
Coagulation problems
receive Pyramid anesthesia before entering the operating room
Emergency surgery
