Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients willing to give written informed consent.
- •All patients presented with upper abdominal malignancy either sex having age between 40 and 75 years
- •Patients of upper abdominal malignancy having pain which was not relieved by nonsteroidal anti\- inflammatory drug (NSAID) or strong opioids like morphine (according to WHO ladderIII)
- •Patients of upper abdominal malignancy developing complications on low dosages ofmorphine
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •Patient on anticoagulantiontherapy with deranged coagulation profile
- •local or intra\-abdominalinfection,
- •sepsis and hugeascites,patients with bowel obstruction,
- •with physical opioid dependence and drug seeking behavior.
