Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients willing to give written informed consent.
  • All patients presented with upper abdominal malignancy either sex having age between 40 and 75 years
  • Patients of upper abdominal malignancy having pain which was not relieved by nonsteroidal anti\- inflammatory drug (NSAID) or strong opioids like morphine (according to WHO ladderIII)
  • Patients of upper abdominal malignancy developing complications on low dosages ofmorphine

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients not willing to participate in the study
  • Patient on anticoagulantiontherapy with deranged coagulation profile
  • local or intra\-abdominalinfection,
  • sepsis and hugeascites,patients with bowel obstruction,
  • with physical opioid dependence and drug seeking behavior.
