Inclusion Criteria
All individuals aged 18 to 70 years with major lower limb fractures undergoing skeletal fixation surgery will be included in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
History of thromboembolic events
History of major hemorrhages without cause
Women who take OCP
Several fractures in the lower extremities or simultaneous fractures in the upper extremity
consciousness level disturbance
Joint patient with other surgical services
