Diagnosis of advanced lung cancer (stage IIIâ??IV NSCLC), declared as unresectable by the multidisciplinary oncology team.
Aged 18 or above with WHO performance status 0â??2.
Participants should be medically fit to undergo mixed type of exercise (Aerobics and resistance)
Ability to fill the self reported questionnaire in any of the three languages (English, Hindi and Marathi).
Not being previously enrolled in a physiotherapy or exercise program.
Posted for or receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy or combination of chemo-radiotherapy.
Life expectancy less than 6 months.
Inability to complete baseline physical fitness test.
Pregnancy
Any neurological, orthopaedic condition that may impede ambulation.
Suffering from severe mental or cognitive impairment.
