Inclusion Criteria
Mothers who had neonate with intestinal anomality that need to ostomy and discharge with it; Mother is persian language; neonate have any other structural abnormality;No need after discharge to occlude the ostomy down to one month later. Exclusion criteria: Neonate expiring during the study;ostomy occlusion sooner than one month after discharging; Rehospitalization with non intestinal ostomy reasons.
