Inclusion Criteria
INCLUSION CRITERIA:
1) Adult ESRD patients in the age group of 18 to 60 years.
2) ESRD patients on Haemodialysis for more than
3 months.
3) Patients willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
1) 140mmHg < Systolic Blood pressure <100mmHg
2) Resting Diastolic blood pressure >100 mm Hg
3) Resting HR > 120b/m
4) Ejection Fraction < 50%
5) Recent cardiac event within 2months
6) Recent cardiac surgery within 6months
7) Recent respiratory infection in past 3 months
8) Haemoglobin(Hb) <9g/dL
9) Resting oxygen saturation <92% as measured by finger pulse oximeter
10) Lower limb pain
11) Patient who is not ambulatory
12) Patient unable to understand and follow the
verbal commands
