Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Adults who are the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with active malignancy
  • •2\.People living with HIV
  • •3\.Patients on immunosuppressive agents
  • •4\.Patients with chronic comorbid conditions such as Chronic Liver Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Coronary Artery Disease
  • •5\.Obese patients (Body Mass Index \>30\)
  • •6\.Patients with Hypothyroidism and other endocrinopathies such as Cushingâ??s syndrome
  • •7\.Drugs causing derangement of glucose profile
  • •8\.Pregnancy
