Age 15-50 year
American Society of Anesthesiologist physical statous I_II
weight 40-90 Kg
apfel scale =2
posted for orthognathic surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy/breastfeeding status
Allergy to any medications to be used before operation or intra-operatively
History of drug abuse
Patients with hystory of heart, renal, or hepatic failure

Name Time Method The incidence of post operative nausea. Timepoint: Before the intervention, when the patient enters the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, 2 hours after surgery, 6 hours after surgery, 12 hours after surgery, 24 hours after surgery, and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Verbal rating scale.;The incidence of post operative vomiting.
