Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
Women with PCOS:
Either clinically diagnosed with PCOS by a gynaecologist
Or fulfils at least 2 of 3 criteriaâ??s of the Rotterdam Classification
Rotterdam Classification:
oligo ?anovulation,
hyperandrogenism and
polycystic ovaries (>= 12 follicles measuring 2 ?9 mm in diameter and/or an ovarian volume > 10 mL in at least one ovary).
Not involved in any kind of regular physical activity since the past 4 weeks
Agreed to a written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria
Known musculoskeletal, neurological, psychiatric illness, history of trauma which might interfere in the assessment and participation in the intervention regime
