Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\* Stroke that occurred when subject was 18\-80 years of age
- •\* Chronic stroke (\>6 months post onset; first or recurrent, ischemic or
- •intracerebral hemorrhagic lesion)
- •\* Diagnosed visuospatial neglect and/or spatial neglect symptoms (either left
- •or right sided)
- •\* Sufficient comprehension and communication skills
Exclusion Criteria
- •\* Currently engaging in cognitive rehabilitation treatment or specific neglect
- •\* Physically or mentally unable to participate (e.g. to perform the neglect
- •\* Hemianopsia
- •\* Severe communicative disability
- •\* Local scalp injuries
- •\* Eczema on scalp or psoriasis
- •\* (Neuro)psychiatric or neurodegenerative diseases including diagnosed
- •epilepsy, dementia, serious depression, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson\*s
- •disease, Huntington\*s disease on the basis of clinical judgement
- •\* Current alcohol and/or drug abuse
