* Stroke that occurred when subject was 18-80 years of age
* Chronic stroke (>6 months post onset; first or recurrent, ischemic or
intracerebral hemorrhagic lesion)
* Diagnosed visuospatial neglect and/or spatial neglect symptoms (either left
or right sided)
* Sufficient comprehension and communication skills
* Currently engaging in cognitive rehabilitation treatment or specific neglect
treatment
* Physically or mentally unable to participate (e.g. to perform the neglect
training)
* Hemianopsia
* Severe communicative disability
* Local scalp injuries
* Eczema on scalp or psoriasis
* (Neuro)psychiatric or neurodegenerative diseases including diagnosed
epilepsy, dementia, serious depression, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson*s
disease, Huntington*s disease on the basis of clinical judgement
* Current alcohol and/or drug abuse
* Pregnancy

Name Time Method <p>Performance on standard, conventional neuropsychological tests, specifically<br /><br>tests to assess unilateral visuospatial neglect, as assessed prior to, during,<br /><br>and one week and three months after termination of the tACS intervention. The<br /><br>main study parameter is measured with a cancellation task. We are interested in<br /><br>the difference in attentional bias between the tACS group and the sham group.</p><br>
