Patients requiring split thickness skin graft for coverage of full thickness skin defects with healthy wound beds of varied aetiology.
-Co-morbidities like immunodeficiency, coagulopathies, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, cardio-pulmonary diseases, advanced malignancy, malnourished patient (BMI <18.5, >5% weight loss in last 3 months, reduced nutritional intake for last 5 days).
-Patients on anticoagulant therapy, history of radiation to the recipient bed.
-Pregnancy and lactation.
