- •Nurses; minimum age 18 years; both genders; provide direct assistance to the patient; work for at least three months at the institution; not have a temporary contract; not have undergone coaching training or have previously participated in a coaching process
排除标准
- •Nurses who do not attend two sessions of the intervention program; professionals who do not respond to the instruments in T7; those who leave more than 50% of the questionnaire responses blank, at any time during the research
