- •-Age ≥50-80 years
- •-Overweight (BMI ≥25 kg/m2
- •-Primary knee osteoarthritis
- •-Morning stiffness <30 minutes
- •-Crepitus on knee movement
- •-Numerical rating scale of knee pain score ≥4/10
排除标准
- •-Underlying diseases affecting ambulation including heart failure, muscle weakness, acute arthritis, severe back pain
- •-History of coronary artery disease, bleeding disorder, anticoagulant
- •-History of severe hypertension (SBP>180 / DBP>120 mmHg)
- •-Having open wound or contact dermatitis
- •-Bowel/bladder incontinence
