Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Body mass index \>\= 25 kg/m2 enrolled at \> 6 months to 2 years postpartum period.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Likelihood of moving residence or getting pregnant in the next 1 year
- •2\.Non\-participating spouse
- •3\.Unable to understand and speak Hindi
- •4\.Type 2 diabetes as defined by ADA
