Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients over 19 years of age who are required to have a A-line insertion
Exclusion Criteria
- Vascular malformations
- hemodynamically unstable patient
- Blood coagulation disorder
- Patients with Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease
- reoperation
- emergency surgery
