- •Pregnant who required amniocentesis for prenatal diagnosis at Phramongkutklao Hospital : Age from 20 years old GA 16\-20 wk
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Psychosis
- •2\.Allergy of Lidocaine\-plirocaine cream
- •3\.Thai communication problems
- •4\.Fetal demise
- •5\.Scar or rash at amniocentesis area
