For professional Calisthenics athletes : Have a coaching degree obtained in the last 1 year.
For professional Calisthenics athletes : Has not been injured in the last 1 month.
For professional Calisthenics athletes : Has not had orthopedic surgery or any surgery that interferes with the tests in the last 6 months.
For professional Calisthenics athletes : Have an average of 22 hours of exercise per week.
For Calisthenics amateur athletes : Have at least 3 years of experience at Calisthenics.
For Calisthenics amateur athletes : Has not had orthopedic surgery or any surgery that interferes with the tests in the last 6 months.
For Calisthenics amateur athletes : Do not have mental problems on the day of the test.
For Calisthenics amateur athletes : Has not been injured in the last 1 month.
Have a mental or emotional problem or conflict on the day of the test.
