inclusion criteria:patients in 20 to 70 years old
;patients in ASA Class I, II
;candidate for elective thoracotomy
exclusion criteria:patients below 20 or above 70 years old
;patients in ASA Class III, IV
;candidate for emergency thoracotomy
;history of addiction
;history of psychiatry diseases

Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: 2,4,6,12,18,24 hours post operation. Method of measurement: visual analog score.
