Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Legal adults aged between 18\~55
  • •\- Individuals who met the criteria for any depressive disorder based on SCID\-5, or scored \> 5 (mild depression)
  • •\- Individuals who are able to read and speak Korean
  • •\- Individuals who have ability to use online video conferencing program and mobile phone

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Individuals who are currently undergoing psychotherapy
  • •\- Individuals who's had adjustments in psychiatric medication over the past month.
  • •\- Individuals with psychotic symptoms
  • •\- Individuals with extremely high risk for suicide
