1. Age 18-65 year old
2. Cirrhosis Child Turcotte Pugh score < 8
- Diagnosis by CT abdomen or MRI abdomen
- Liver biopsy METAVIR = F4
- Transient Elastography > 13 kPa
3 The cause of cirrhosis
- Chronic hepatitis B with HBV DNA viral load < 10 IU/ml)
- Chronic hepatitis C with sustain virological response (SVR)
- Alcoholic cirrhosis with alcohol abstinence for 1 year
- Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis
1.BMI > 28 kg/m2
2.Esophageal varices(EV) > F2 or history of EV bleeding
3.Gastric varices
4.Coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmia, Ejection fraction < 60% or positive exercise stress test (> 1 mm ST segment depression)
5.ESRD on renal replacement therapy
6.Active malignancy within 6 months
7.Myopathy
8.Severe asthma or COPD
9.Hb<11g/dl, Platelet < 50,000 cells/mm3
10.hepatic encephalopathy
11.Grade 3 HT: BP≥180/110 mmHg
12.T2Dm with HbA1C > 7 more than 6 months
