Exclusion Criteria

Obesity (BMI > 30);
Presence of medical disease (heart-, lung-, liver-, kidney-, neurologic disease; diabetes m.; pyrosis; diaphragmatic hernia);
Presence of psychiatric disease;
History of chronic alcohol or drug use;
Allergy to study medications;
Possibility of pregnancy; and
Lactation.
