Inclusion Criteria

Patient posted for elective CABG surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Chronic pain

COPD

Intubation time longer than 10 hours after surgery conclusion

Altered mental status and cognition deficit

Ramsay sedation scale score > 4

Hemodynamic instability

Preoperative left ventricle EF lower than 40%

Patient requiring reintubation

Excessive bleeding requiring reoperation
