- •Patient posted for elective CABG surgery
排除标准
- •Chronic pain
- •Intubation time longer than 10 hours after surgery conclusion
- •Altered mental status and cognition deficit
- •Ramsay sedation scale score > 4
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Preoperative left ventricle EF lower than 40%
- •Patient requiring reintubation
- •Excessive bleeding requiring reoperation
