Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ALL PATIENTS OF ACLF WITH SEPSIS
  • •ACLF WITHOUT SEPSIS AND ACUTE DECOMPENSATIO

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with liver failure and without underlying cirrhosis
  • •Severe chronic extra hepatic diseases
  • •HIV patients or patients receiving other immunosuppressive drugs
  • •Unwillingness to participate in study
