- •ACLF WITHOUT SEPSIS AND ACUTE DECOMPENSATIO

- •Patients with liver failure and without underlying cirrhosis
- •Severe chronic extra hepatic diseases
- •HIV patients or patients receiving other immunosuppressive drugs
- •Unwillingness to participate in study
