入排标准
入选标准
- •1 Patients aged between 18-60 years of age of either gender with epilepsy who are on stable dose of single antiepileptic drug for at least 6 months
- •2 Patients willing to give written informed consent
排除标准
- •1 Patients on combination therapy with antiepileptic drugs
- •2 Patients who are noncompliant to the drug
- •3 Patients with history of progressive or psychiatric neurological disorder
- •4 Patients with refractory seizures
- •5 Patients who are on anti thyroid drugs or on thyroid hormone replacement therapy
- •6 Patients with other co morbid conditions like ischemic heart disease, stroke, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension and other metabolic diseases
- •7 Patients who had received the drugs, which could affect the level of thyroid hormones, in the past 6 months
- •8 pregnant and lactating mothers
