Inclusion Criteria
1.closed fracture of either gender in age group more than 1 yr
2.patients belongs to tribals and non-tribals
3.patients willing for giving consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.open fracture with pre existing infected wond before surgery.
2.amputation and external fixation surgery
3.pateints not willing to give informed consent
