- •Age\>18 years
- •Singleton pregnancy
- •Cephalic presentation
- •Term pregnancy37 wk or more.
- •Vaginal delivery
Exclusion Criteria
- •HT in pregnancy
- •Diabetic in pregnancy
- •anemia in pregnancy
- •placentra previa
- •abruption placentra
- •Also withdraw participants if they were present of
- •Apgar score if\<6 (1minute)
- •Thick Meconium
- •instrument delivery forcep , vacuum extraction
- •Tight nuchal cord
