入选标准
- •Primary dysmenorrhoea moderate dysmenorrhoea to severe dysmenorrhoea points screened by VAS as confirmed by detailed clinical history and ultrasonography
- •Regular menstrual cycles of 21â??35 days
- •Menstrual period of 3â??7 days
- •Participants willing to participate in research and ready to fill the consent form
- •Participants willing to undergo fasting therapy
排除标准
- •Women with underlying diseases eg endometriosis fibroids adenomyosis endometrial polyps and pelvic inflammatory disease - secondary dysmenorrhoea
- •Those using intrauterine contraceptive device
- •Those taking OCP
- •Those using conventional or alternative treatments for pain reduction
- •Those undergoing hormonal replacement therapy
