Inclusion Criteria
age older than 15 years, lack of existence of coagulation disorders , Poisoning with materials except Poisoning with caustic alkaline , acidic, heroin, copper steam, metal oxides, theophylline , chlorpromazine, haloperidol, promethazine, perphenazine ,lithium, cocaine.
Exclusion criteria: a history of convulsion, Parkinson's disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, obesity, pregnancy, patients who need many intravenous fluids injections due to blood pressure drop, patients who require intubation, patients with a temperature more than 38 °C or less than 35.5 °C before gastric lavage, patients older than 60 years old
