Pain and tenderness over the paranasal sinuses
Nasal congestion
Adelaid disease severity score greater than 10
Exclusion Criteria
Fungal sinusitis
Sinus polyposis
Septal deviation
Opthalmic headache
Otitis media
Vasomotor rhinitis
