- •1) Patients presented with migraine according to ICHD 3 criteria
- •2) NCCT HEAD showing calcified granuloma
排除标准
- •1) Patients who are a k/c/o asthma and ecg s/o AV block or bradycardia.
- •2)Patients with seizures.
- •3)Patients refusing consent.
- •4)Patients already on preventive medications
