Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are at least 18 years old and under 80 years old
2. Patients with thyroid nodules measuring 1.0 - 3.0 cm who are scheduled for thyroid lobectomy or thyroid lobectomy with central compartment lymph node dissection
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of previous thyroid or neck surgery.
2. Suspected injury to the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve (EBSLN) or recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) before or during the surgery
