- Diagnosis is four weeks or less ago
- Thyroid hormone substitution
- Premenopausal (18-35 years)
- Regular cycle
- Above average sports workload (more than one hour three days a week or three hours a week)
- Diagnosis was made more than four weeks ago
- Hormone substitution (including oral contraceptives; excluding thyroid hormones)
- Hormonal diseases
(Exception: hypothyroidism)
- Cardiac arrhythmias in need of treatment
Metabolic diseases
- Heart failure (EF <50)
- Performance limiting pAVK (Fontaine Stadium = II)
- Performance-limiting respiratory diseases
- Performance limiting degenerative diseases
- Performance limiting muscular diseases
- Performance-limiting kidney diseases
- Performance limiting neurological diseases
- Psychiatric and / or addiction disorders
- Performance-limiting oncological diseases in the history (< 5 years)
