Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The number of subjects for this study will be a convenience sample of new nurses who joined C University Hospital in G Metropolitan City in 2024\. The purpose and method of the study will be explained, and nurses who agreed to participate in the study will be selected. The number of samples was calculated using G\*Power 3\.1\.9\.7, significance level (?\=.05\), effect size (f\=0\.8\), power (1\-ß\=.9\), two groups, experimental group and control group, two\-sided By applying the independent samples t\-test, the required sample number was calculated to be 66 people. Considering the data collection period and dropout rate, we plan to recruit 35 subjects each for the experimental and control groups, for a total of 70 subjects.
