Inclusion Criteria

Children 6 to 8 years
Declaration of consent for participation in the study by the child's parents (signing of informed consent form)
Have systemic health
Do not use systemic antibiotics and topical fluoride therapy for 4 weeks before and during the study.
Have good oral hygiene
Do a toothbrush at least once a day
No periodontal disease and gingivitis

Exclusion Criteria

Children who have received systemic antibiotics and topical fluoride therapy 4 weeks before and during the study
People with systemic disease
Active and untreated periodontal disease
Existence of orthodontic braces or fixed and removable prostheses
DMFT and dmft less than 2 and more than 6
