Declaration of consent for participation in the study by the child's parents (signing of informed consent form)
Have systemic health
Do not use systemic antibiotics and topical fluoride therapy for 4 weeks before and during the study.
Have good oral hygiene
Do a toothbrush at least once a day
No periodontal disease and gingivitis
Children who have received systemic antibiotics and topical fluoride therapy 4 weeks before and during the study
People with systemic disease
Active and untreated periodontal disease
Existence of orthodontic braces or fixed and removable prostheses
DMFT and dmft less than 2 and more than 6

Name Time Method Change in the number of Streptococcus mutans colonies. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and the 15th day and the 51st day after the start. Method of measurement: Count the number of colonies.
