v To study the effect of Endurance Training on neck pain by using Visual Analogues scale in Beauticians.

- •Age: 20 to 40 years.
- •Gender: Male and Females only.
- •Subjects with neck pain more than 3 month.
- •Subject visual analogue score 3 to
- •Subject working 5 days per week.
- •subject working last since 2 years.
排除标准
- •Subjects Known cervical spinal pathologies.
- •Neck surgery & upper limb surgery within last 3 months Skin conditions & allergy Severe musculoskeletal, neurological and cardio respiratory disorder.
