Inclusion Criteria
- •women with a child at least two years old with secondary tokophobia
- •living in Iran
- •no previous history of psychological problems
- •reading and writing literacy
- •having a smart phone
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to cooperation in the project
- •prohibition of pregnancy in terms of high\-risk pregnancies.
- •Previous history of psychological problems
- •Lack of reading and writing
