Inclusion Criteria

  • women with a child at least two years old with secondary tokophobia
  • living in Iran
  • no previous history of psychological problems
  • reading and writing literacy
  • having a smart phone

Exclusion Criteria

  • Unwillingness to cooperation in the project
  • prohibition of pregnancy in terms of high-risk pregnancies.
  • Previous history of psychological problems
  • Lack of reading and writing
